This project for 11 new apartments in Luton has recently gained planning approval. It makes good use of a previously unused site adjacent to a railway line with a striking modern proposal which was well received by the client and local authority. There were technical challenges to overcome including noise and vibrations from trains and flood mitigation due to its proximity to a culverted stream.
